The exclusive, forward-reaching, front-folding corner-auger increases the upper auger length for enhanced auger side reach, forward reach and height.
This allows the operator to easily view the downspout from the side window of the tractor cab which reduces fatigue and minimizes the risk of spilling.
Unloading accuracy is optimized when the downspout is pointed straight down and the 19-Series X-TREME grain cart provides up to 10 feet of auger side reach when in this position, reducing the risk of throwing grain off target.
A convenient tool-free field-rest stand for the upper auger can be extended for quicker folding and unfolding into the unload position while working in the field. When in the transport position, the upper auger folds within the width of the tank for safer road transport.
The 21” diameter auger in the sump transitions into a 20” auger for increased unloading efficiency and unloading speeds up to 650 bushels per minute.
The exclusively designed 3/8" thick max-edge auger flighting features an additional 1/4" thick Abrasion Resistant (AR400) strips (the strip is in addition to the 3/8, giving a total thickness of 5/8”) that are welded in high volume areas to increase durability and extend the flighting life.
The patent-pending flighting wings in the transition area provide a continuous flow of flighting for a smooth and efficient transfer of grain.
The patented rubber cushioned auger connection protects the upper and lower vertical augers from harsh tractor PTO engagements. Reducing stress helps extend the life of the driveline. Electronic balancing of the upper and lower augers eliminates vibration, providing a smooth unload.
The standard 4-Way directional downspout provides nearly 4 feet of in-and-out and 4 feet of side-to-side control with minimal change in the discharge height for easily topping off trucks with limited tractor movement. The hydraulically driven gear motor on the downspout provides a smooth and responsive feel when adjusting from side-to-side.
The patented auger design utilizes a field-proven U-joint transition that angles the upper auger outward, upward and forward for increased auger side reach, height and better visibility from the side window of the tractor cab.

Models 1519, 1319, 1119 and 1019 are available with a high-flotation single wheel and tire with a variety of tire sizes available depending on the model. Models 1519, 1319, 1119 and 1019 can be equipped with a rigid axle while models 1119 and 1019 can be equipped with an adjustable axle to meet individual grower preferences. Models 1519 and 1319 feature 12-bolt hubs while models 1119 and 1019 are equipped with 10-bolt hubs. Each hub is manufactured from special alloy, high-strength steel with gusseted reinforcements for trouble-free operation.
The 36" wide track belt with 105” of ground contact length features a 4-bogie design and is available on models 1519, 1319 and 1119. Models 1119 and 1019 can be equipped with a 2-bogie track with 87” of ground contact length.
40" end-wheels feature 10-bolt hubs that are greaseable with triple-lip seals and a steel guard for optimum lubrication. Purgeable grease hubs ensure the operator can “purge or push” out any dirt and debris from the hub, increasing the life and eliminating down time.
For a more economical design, models 1119 and 1019 can be equipped with a 36" wide track belt with 75” of ground contact length and 2-bogie wheels.

The hitch weight management feature allows the operator to maintain optimum tractor and cart control by evenly distributing the grain load. This feature monitors grain and total cart weight and shows real-time hitch weight and a color gauge to avoid overloading the hitch during loading. Use the Combine Verify screen to easily calibrate the combine yield monitor with one touch. This calibration event is saved in the UHarvest Pro system once the verification process is completed.
Slingshot cloud reporting is included with every purchase of the UHarvest Pro grain cart scale system. Slingshot is a secure, first-of-its-kind, web-based system that lets you send, store and share your harvest data. Using the free UHarvest Pro mobile app, you can easily send files from the field on a mobile device with cellular connection to your Slingshot account. Want to easily send a report to your crop insurance agent that includes the actual dry bushel count? Consider it done with the optional Moisture Sense system. It measures grain moisture as it leaves the cart and averages the content of each load, then converts all grain unloaded to standard dry bushels for the ultimate harvest record keeping. The optional Accu-Load technology provides quick and easy loading of trucks by closing the grain cart’s flow gate when the desired weight is unloaded. After you’ve installed the HCV (hydraulic control valve) on the cart, simply push the “Auto” button for precise weight unloading. Each truck weight is matched to the truck name for easier operation. The operator can then focus on topping off each truck and proper grain placement.
All scale packages, including the UHarvest Pro, can be equipped with an optional remote scale display with a 4" x 18" LED screen mounted to the side of the grain cart for easy viewing of the loaded weight.
The model 520 Scale Package features auto-log and the patent-pending start/stop button for ease of use. The large, multi-line display features an alpha-numeric keyboard for easily editing or changing fields. The combine check button can help calibrate the combine's yield monitor, accumulate weights per field entry and has the ability to store 1 years’ worth of harvest data in the monitor's memory. The 520 comes with PC software and a 1GB USB flash drive to easily download your harvest information to your computer in Excel or PDF format.
The 4-function pistol grip joystick remote can be placed anywhere in the tractor cab for ease of use when unloading into a trailer and controls the auger fold/unfold, flow gate open/close, downspout left/right and downspout in/out. Double-tap operation allows the operator to fold and unfold the auger without holding the SCV remote and a backlit display permits easy viewing in darker environments.
Hydraulic Drives are tongue-mounted for easy installation. The 100-gallon per minute hydraulic drive provides up to 375 bushels per minute unloading speeds and requires 3 sets of hydraulic ports. The 55-gallon per minute hydraulic drive provides up to 300 bushels per minute unloading speeds and requires 2 sets of hydraulic ports.
The Color Camera option features a 7" 12V monitor which mounts in the tractor cab. The sideboard-mounted, weather-proof camera monitors the inside of the tank during loading. An optional second color camera can be added which views rear traffic during transport.
Weatherguard rollover tarp is standard on the 1519, 1319 and 1119 and optional on model 1019 to protect the tank’s contents. The tank features a custom design for a sleek appearance and easy operation. Low-profile tarp bows are reinforced to eliminate sagging and the heavy-duty, 18 oz. black canvas can withstand harsh weather conditions. Semi-trailer locking design provides optimum protection from high winds and moisture.
An electric tarp option is available on models 1519, 1319 and 1119.
